My 14 year old son had an endoscopy yesterday. I can't say enough about the amazing quality of care and efficiency in service. What a fantastic team! I'm super impressed!
The staff on the oncology ward is awesome. Very caring people.
Will never step foot in your hospital again, after being screamed and scolded at by one of your ER physicians yesterday as soon as he came in my room! your hospital is nothing but full of judgmental people! It's pretty sad that your nurses was whispering behind the doctor apologizing for his behavior! I called medical director and the person that called me back wasn't very friendly either! I'm done, and if your doctor would have done his job early yesterday he would have known I have the flu!
Worst time ever! Took my son in doctor was hateful, did not even listen to what I said and my son was really sick just looked at him and said he had an ear infection! My poor son was in so much pain and they did nothing! They even gave him the pain chart and they let him show them how he felt, nothing not even so much as Tylenol to bring his fever down! Will never go back

I did not love being in need of medical care; HOWEVER, I was given 5 star treatment, even though my daughter told me I was a cranky pants. The nursing staff, staff physicians, techs and support staff, one and all were sweet, helpful and kind. The food was gormet grade. I would like to see more care taken to observe Hippa rules when a room is shared with another patient, but I don't have any idea how that could be accomplished without the cone of silence...but maybe they will come up with something as staff seems highly inven... read more
They were awesome considerate and helpful when my daughter got transferred there and appendix taken out.
Came in with mild Pancreitus. Found out it was due to the 3 meds Madisonville hospital had me on for my tummy. All staff here were kind, friendly, and quick. Love this hospital!
Had a heart cath done a couple of weeks ago. Thought everyone was nice. Caring and thoughtful. Always lending a helping hand. When needed. Especially Dr. Phillip. Behrens. Exceptional cardiologist.
