I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. From the admitting room to the doctors, you're greeted with a smile and excellent health care.
Staff amd nurses, CNA'S are wonderful room service and food is awesome. Thank you for taking such good care of me, If I had to choose another hospital, I would choose this one hands down.
Every single staff member.....seriously everyone was amazing! They were fast, very very friendly and very helpful and patient. I was amazed!
I have been going there for the past 19 years the service and Doctor Fischer and staff are awesome.
Staff was awesome, couldn't ask for better nurses.
Something needs to be done about not having private rooms and when individuals ask for one, the staff acts like we are being difficult. We have a large family and when one of our members are in the hospital it is overwhelming for all. Not quite sure why we couldn't get a question answered about the difference between being "in-patient" and "observation" as well. We have used St. Mary's for over 50 years, but Gateway is looking better and better.
Total judgemental doctor blamed me for my grandson falling and cutting his lip open in two places. No reason what so ever for alarm of any kind. This fourine blimp of a doctor called DCS and insisted they do an imedet home visit. 12:30am and four stiches later we're meeting with a social worker. 1 is for the rest of the staff which was beyond great and very understanding. Even the social worker was not happy with the doctors actions.
