We had to take our 12 year old son to the ER last night, after having a baseball injury. They took him back right away. We bearly got into room when the nurse and doctor came in. They checked him out, and ordered xrays. In no time they showed up and took xrays right there in his room. We got answers right away. They offered us drinks, and doctor brought in a popsicle for our son. Everyone treated us well, and our son got great care. This all made us feel better with being away grom home. Thank you so much.
Wow! I live in NJ, flew in for the birth of my grandson. Wow. Amazing staff, amazing hospital!I'd give it 10 stars if I could!! NJ could learn a thing or two from St. Vincent !!!
I cannot say enough good things about the peds floor!!! We had such a pleasant experience when my son was diagnosed with T1D. ESPECIALLY thrilled with the care he received from nurses Becky and Celine. They were absolutely wonderful and he loved them!!!!!
This place has the worst customer service setup of any I have been involved with. I have been trying to get an answer to a billing discrepancy for almost 2 weeks. I have been hung up on, lied to transferred to non existent people and ignored by a supposed manager. This all comes on top waiting for 30 plus minutes on hold each of the 7 times I have had to call. They never follow up or do what they say they will do. Horrible service. Place needs to be run out of town.
They do not communicate with the family on any of the times for procedures and now I found out they were going to put my mother in a cab to send home after a heart cath Friday and a upper gi this morning she is 89 years old !!! What are you people thinking!!! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL!!!!!!#
My mother is in the hospital and her money came up missing the nurse said she would put it in the safe well it came back out the safe $600 less than it went in the safe never get sick on the way to go pay ur bills

December 17, 2016 my 5 week old son was admitted for RSV. I did not realize that day that almost a week later the hell my family would go through. Being only 5 weeks old my baby boy wasn't able to fight the RSV which resulted in him having to be put on a ventilator on December 20th. However I won't begin to even discuss the lack of professionalism I experienced from the doctor and some of the nurse's on the pediatric floor.
