The er Dept is awesome. I was scheduled for chemo today and I did not want in put off. I had a infected and bleeding port. They recognized the problem. Took the infected port out. Installed a new pick line in and had me to my appt on time. They cared. They were not going to let this set me back. Awesome
This is Shawn Russell I was there yesterday for a xray to see if I broken ribs the staff did a very good job taking care of me and the other patients there I will be definitely be back
My daughter had out pt surgery at St vincents. Her deductible was almost $4,000. She called and made payment arrangements. Every payment was made on time and the proper amount $300 a month. Next thing we know they sent it to a collection agency for non payment. They cashed every check. Can't get through the telephone maze to correct. They violated federal law and I'm about ready to see what legal recourse I have.
I will not be back to this urgent care, ever. Just travel to newburgh. They have literally forgot about us while waiting over an hour for an X-ray. After walking out and asking what's taking so long, they look at me dumb founded. All while my order for an X-ray is blinking on the screen. I have a child here, in pain and this is the care we get? The service here is beyond unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble.
