Awesome staff. Dr. B.Titzer was very professional with a sense of humor �. Good experience overall.
I am torn because some of the nurses were amazing but some I feel like lied to my aunt and didn't communicate what the problem was. She admitted through the er to check for dementia or alzheimers and nothing was done for it until the next day after talking to different nursing staff who contacted doctor and actually waited and talked to me about her health. VERY COLD in the Gorgeous Heart Building for Lab TESTS. The revolving door should be SHUT DOWN when the weather is cold or chilly and windy outside. Even the Staff has to wear 3 and 4 layers just to work there. I LOVE the Infusion Center, the Cardio Lab Testing area and Staff.....the entrance waiting room for Lab Tests on the main floor is INHUMANE. Step it Up! You can do that. Step it UP!!! Where is the Heat, please....hanging, on walls, whatever----need heat. Inhumane.
Just wanted to say to a huge thank you to a nurse named Heather in the emergency department. She provided compassionate care to my daughter, answered my many questions, and stayed late to help get her referred to the specialist she needs. Thank you.
The people at st Mary's are very nice and helpful . They always treat you with respect and kindness . The dr are very good and confident they take there time answer your questions .
I'm so grateful to Dr.Patel for installing Reveal device in chest, and also him being so kind before and after procedure.
Hope they can figure out why my boyfriend is having breathing problems
