I want to say thank you to Nurse Angela in the ER, she has shown so much Grace to my mother, never passing judgement on why she needed help..the social worker and also the Dr, they have been so very kind to my mother...very nice staff here. Thank you all.
Horrible experience! I had to change my fiance bed linen as it hadn't been changed in two days nobody came to clean the room either had ro do that. Had a Dr. that was rude and had a nasty bedside manner. Reported her and still nothing was done. The meds had him sick so he asked if he could go to a private room as his stomach was so upset and he didn't want to keep another person up, he was told No that's not possible. 30 mins later another person was placed in the 2nd bed and he requested a private room and his request was f... read more
Just got home after a successful surgery. Had fabulous, fabulous care at St Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia. Could not ask for better. Thank you for the knowable,compassionate and caring attention to my every detail. Especially a big thanks to Dr Paul Makala, Michelle Phillips and the Pre surgical class, the enhanced recovery program which puts you in position for a successful outcome. I wish it didn't say loved, because I hated being there, but my dad was brought to saint Mary's, after having a massive heart attack at work. He had a bad heart for 20 years. They really did everything they could here, anytime a noise went off, there was a whole room of people in there trying to help him. He never regained consciousness, and he passed away 2 days after he got there, (March 2017) but the nurses and doctors were amazing.
