I will never go here again. I specifically drove from Canton because I expected a higher level of care and professionalism and have several friends/associates that are board members. After bringing my autistic son, we had our intakes and my son continued to have meltdowns. No one checked on us, offered help...nothing. I’d give it a ZERO if I could! They call themselves a “Christian” hospital but they are anything but that! WORST hospital... you are better off going to a veterinary clinic! If you go here then you better plan on paying that bill in full or they will give you a whole two months to pay it off! They are ridiculous and RUDE!
It should not take almost 6 months to send out a bill. I am not sure if this practice is even legal.
3 hours before we ever saw a doctor with my 9 year old daughter. This is the second (and now LAST) time we had to wait so long - the first time we actually left and went to a different hospital. I should have learned. We’re done with St. Mary’s.
You guys were like angels, giving me comfort and taking care of me so efficiently, caring, and quickly. THANK YOU SO MUCH, God bless you all ���
