They are too slow in getting tests ordered and done. We need to have someone cracking that whip! I know this from a person on the inside that taps her toes waiting for things to get done. Hoping to never need to go there again & pray Beaumont/Botsford will be better!!
St. Mary's of Livonia has such a great and wonderful staff. The nurses I have had have been absolutely wonderful. And the Dr's here are great too. The waiting room for the surgical department was absolutely wonderful as well. Offering many snacks and refreshments for those waiting for someone to get out. Great experience!!!
My wife was brought in to the ER at St Marys Livonia yesterday morning about 7am. with a dislocated shoulder. By 2:30 pm we were home afgter resetting, medications and a sling, with instructions to see her Orthopedic Dr. this week. The Nurse, Technician, and Doctor were all first rate and relatively speedy in our care. My only concern is there were no Follow up x-rays done to determine bone or ligament damage after the procedure. As alway a very modern and clean facility with good care. We just had our beautiful baby boy last night, and i do say through this whole pregnancy and birthing the hospital/staff have been magnificent and almost everyway, only one issue i had was i felt as being the father i wasn't informed as much as i should have been with certain things that delt with my girlfriend and child, but all in all i do recommend this hospital to others.
Have been here for 6 hours with. A 4 years old and nothing were in a room got X-rays now it's 230 am and guess what we're still waiting for no reason seen the dr for 1 second !!!! In 6 hours !! Shitty service never again!
