Nurses and staff were very friendly excellent service treated my mother with respect
My mom has gotten the best care in St. Mary's hospital. She has been in this hospital 14 times this year and she has gotten the greatest doctors and nurses! They are very understanding.. Thank you for all the time and I'm very appreciative of the work you all do every day of the year! Even on Christmas day! Merry Christmas to all the staff at St. Mary's hospital! Love all of you!
I got such amazing care for surgery! My nurse Lisa got my IV on the first try and that never happens for me and it was painless. After surgery my nurse tried very hard to control my pain and did a great job I knew we couldn't fully get rid of it but she sure tried. I live 3 hours away and I was able to make the trip home mostly comfortable and I'm very thankful for that. As for today I am doing better than I normally ever do. For my first time ever in this hospital I am glad to say I loved the staff and my care.
Visited the ER Friday, left work and went on my lunch hour. After registration I sat in the lobby from 12:15 to 2:45pm waiting on an available examine room. Desk staff was stern and not friendly while explaining they were waiting on a open room. ER was not crowded, only one other when I arrived, even though others came afterwards. I eventually told told the desk clerk that I worked for Trinity Corp office and was on lunch but had to get back, she kindly pulled out her scissors and snipped my arm/ID bracelet. St Mary's staff was very quick to take me in and diagnose my medical issue. I have zero complaints. They were all very knowledgeable and comforting.
I had wonderful people from st Mary's all the staff was awesome.
Been spending a lot of time here lately with my mother, she always receives great care, everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. I have one complaint - tv's everywhere, chattering away, and nobody watching them. I was able to turn the one off in the heart and vascular waiting room. Some folks like to read [like me], quiet waiting rooms would be awesome.
