Best cardiology team in the metro area couldn't ask for better nurse's or doctors there always nice and they will always make sure your ok if you get admitted I would recommend this hospital to anyone

The staff has been very helpful and kind. They took the time to make sure we understood everything that was going on with my mother.
The female nurses in ICU on the 3rd floor could not be more compassionate but the male RN could do much better,When you see the patients cold food sitting on there tray for close to a half hour knowing the patient can't reach it was so sad, I realize they have allot on there plates but when you see them constantly on there phones you know they could do better, On another note the waiting room on the 3rd floor in ICU was filthy there was so much dust on the plants and the furniture was filthy and disgusting,I did not want to ... read more
I went there for major chest pain; all signs of a heart attack and they made me sit in the lobby for 3 hours. The triage nurse was a man and picked and chose who was called back. He left me sitting there in excruciating pain. I finally went up to the desk and explained to the woman what was going on with me and she called the ER manager and I finally got into the back. I love everything about it but the hot food choices in the cafeteria. Not enough choices to choose from. I like Sinai Grace's cafeteria much better, lots of choices. Check it out St Mary Mercy and get some ideas for your cafeteria.
