This is probably the only hospital I know of that thinks it is acceptable, to keep patients waiting several hours. I brought my mom here tonight because she was showing signs of a heart attack. Nothing was really done and after waiting 2 hours, I decided to get a time estimate. The woman admitting was nice, but could not give me a time frame. They dont like black people out there... My sister was treated like shit at that hospital.. I will never go back their.. My sister was in so much pain and they didn't give her nothing for pain.. Poor hospital that dont like black people... Will never never come back and I will tell my people please don't come...
I was in the infusion center and everybody was very pleasant and took very good care of me
I arrived in the ER at about 1 am. I'm having an asthma flare up, can hardly breathe and coughing about every 2 minutes. I've been coughing so hard and so long that I'm starting to taste blood in the back of my throat. It's not 3:45. I still haven't been seen and I'm waiting in the lobby. Because "all of the beds are full" and my heart rate isn't high enough, I'm not being moved to somewhere more urgent, even though the lobby is dead. No one is here and the nurses are doing nothing. Keeping a very sickly person waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room is not right., she is out there right now puking her guts out and they keep telling her it is not her time to be seen yet, SERIOUSLY?????
Had to visit to get my blood drawn for surgery. Everyone I came into contact with was delightful !! The RN who drew my blood was so sweet & caring . I also met the RN who is going to be with me the day of my surgery . He came over to introduce himself so I would have a familiar face the day I'm scheduled .
Been sitting in er for 3hrs with a dog bite. They don't pay attention to their patients because one died in front of me in the waiting room. I say he was sitting there a good 30 minutes before they noticed. I will never return.
I receive chemotherapy at the cancer center. The nurses could not be more caring and compassionate during this time for me. Many kudos to Dr. Mohindra and his team as saving my life has been their priority from the start. I couldn't have asked for better care!!
