Love the staff Brent RN is such a great nurse and so helpful to the patients and families DJ and Steven helped my mother in law so much Great job in such a difficult situation
Doctors are good...but some nurses can show more compassion...been waiting to get an ultrasound done for 3 hours...had breakfast and drove over here at 12.30 pm...cannot eat or drink until I am diagnosed..and bad part is, my bed is next to the water fountain and I can hear the sound of ice falling in the cups of people getting their cold drinks..no one has come with a time frame on my waiting period.. before you head over to this place entrust your kids and pwta to someone as it's going to be a while until u see them
All I have to say is I have never experienced such awfully rude staff. Acted like I was a nuisance to them when I asked for directions or anything. Doctors kept calling the surgery on and off several times. Dragging the family through hell. We have all agreed to never come back.
Was admitted overnight for observation. All the staff, from the medical personnel on down to transportation was very friendly and helpful.
Everyone here go of their way to make me comfortable!
