Reception was easy and the kind person named Mary helped me thru checking in. Once I was called the MA Kay help with my vitals and was extremely helpful and pleasant.Dr. Loghman was attentive and very informed about my issues. He made me feel like I was very important and was very concerned about taking care of my health. All around this is where I'll go for my health care with the only exception being the Va.
This is my PCP’s office but not anymore after today. Has nothing to do with my doctor. I was given a time for an appointment which I repeated back and thanked her giving me the appointment since I called the day of. I show up to my appointment 10 mins early but I was told that my appointment was an hour earlier. I was told 11:40a and my GF was sitting right next to me and wrote the time down when I called. I called the office today as I'm sick like lots of people! I tried to make an appointment, lol. They no longer take sick patients. I was told to go to urgent care. Being I have a heart condition the chances that a doctor who is not familiar with me could prescribe the wrong medicine... health care from St Mary's not a laughing matter...
FINALLY... I find a Wonderful Doctor with perfect BEDSIDE MANNERS, which is SO lacking these days, and she's moving to a different office I really feel saddened by this, being 54,have moved to a new neighborhood, lifed got turned around a bit, but I trusted my Doctor! I will miss you dearly Dr. Danielle A. Butler M.D. I hope I can find someone at least close to you and your personality! I do wish you the very best wherever life decides to take you.
