I was able to schedule an appointment, then the next day they called saying no appointments are available until June (2 months from now). Staff was not helpful and could not offer any alternatives.

This is the worst place ever!!! Can someone please make this make sense. I have been seeing people there for 8 years now. I see Whoever is there when I go in. At least 3 times last year. But they tell me I am no longer a patient there because I did not see Kathy. They refuse to sign paperwork for me but they are the only doctor I go to and they have my entire medical history on their computer. Including my last ER visit. Who ever just answered the phone was extremely rude. I am a patient here and so is my daughter. But because my child has not been seen in two years (healthy child) and her primary praticioner left she has no primary. And will need to be restablished? My daughter cant be seen until JUNE. She is under my HMO and health insurance. I visit this clinic due to my health conditions frequently but after , the inconsiderate practices and policies here. I will no longer visit here. You have lost another patient, infact two.

If only you can put no stars the front office worker KAREN, would definitely receive it. Extremely rude, with no type of patient communication skills or phone etiquette. She is living up to her name in today’s culture. Not only did I call to be seen by Dr. L. Cohen and establish care ; which in the website stated he had plenty of open availability, she immediately said without even looking that I can’t be seen.
