Meriter Unity Point has barely any people of color working. I will be reporting this to EEOC. Meriter is known for being racist and not hiring black people

I gave birth to my baby April 30th at 2:20 in the morning. every single nurse and doctor that I had while I was there were very welcoming, accommodating, understanding and overall respectful. I never once had someone that made me feel uncomfortable in any way. everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. expecially all of my nurses.
