“The patient above all else “ NOT. When you have a chronic illness and make multiple trips to the Er and leave feeling the same, very frustrating.. Dr. Ceglar, Dr. Stowman and Dr Palela(not sure of correct spelling) 3 doctors I will never let treat me again. I have to advocate for my health as I know my body best but it falls on deaf ears with these doctors, no compassion. Not sure if I will use the Er anymore with St Luke’s. I love my primary Doctor and will continue with him but my ER visits will most likely be somewhere e... read more

Today I had hernia surgery at St Luke’s Hospital. Thanks to my excellent Doctor. Mike Stellmacher, my anesthesiologist Dr. Speer, and my nurse anesthetist JJ. I’m home and doing quite well. And how could I ever have made it without my SUPER nursing staff. Thank you Mary, Lynn, and Becky. You all are awesome. And every one else who took such awesome care of me. 🥰🤗
