I called at 8:15 this morning to the Ketchum location. my call was sent to the Hailey location without my knowledge. I was given an appointment in Hailey at 11. I had no knowledge that it was in Hailey at all. I went to the Ketchum location and did not have an appointment because they were closed! I call Hailey and tell them what happened... they never said sorry or can we reschedule you?, or any remorse at all. Now I can't see a doctor for 4 days!
We are having a baby at St. Luke’s and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They love to overbill your insurance company and they won’t make any adjustments even if your insurance has to get an attorney involved. What kind of “non profit” is that? This hospital is just a greedy corporation. We are not the only ones being grossly over billed it’s a common problem in the treasure valley but not for much longer

The entire staff at St. Luke's Childrens Hospital are amazing individuals, my son has recieved the best care he posssibly could, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and personable every single visit. Dr Lindsey Foy and every one else are incredible and we are luck to have them caring for the children.
They've always taken great care of my son. The hospital nurses are amazing and the outpatient doctors and therapists genuinely care about him.
