I had no idea that every time you go to St Luke's you create a new account. I already have a payment arrangement, why not add the new charges to that account? That would be to easy though, and when you call me, don't use an automated phone system. Nothing pissed me off more than answering the phone only to be told "please wait for the next available operator". You called me, not the other way around why are you wasting my time?

Terrible experience every time. I thought health care workers were there to help people? Seems like most of the staff here just cares about the status or the check. Especially when it comes to the EMT I’ve had good friends lose their jobs for calling out the malpractice of this place. Something needs to change.

I've been going through St. Lukes for many years and the help has always been very kind and through with the care I've received.
Love St Luke’s for our son but today seriously annoyed at them while I’m using their services. Why have an online check in if you are going to DEMAND I do it when I arrive? Also when called for this appointment I was told what I was getting only to have them ask which option I want.....
