My pregnant wife went into the Twin Falls hospital with chest pain. I wasn't allowed to go in with my wife due to covid 19. At around 9 o'clock August 26th my wife was admitted because the doctors suspected that she had a pulmonary embolism. she was given a blood thinner and some imaging was done. the results didn't come in until the next day. I hate St. Luke’s. They are too stupid to bill the insurance right
To who it may concern: when you go into a hospital you kind of hope, expect to have your health issues validated, checked on, worked over and a plan of action to resolve them.As a person who has worked in health care field for over 25 years ( yes that is 25 years not a typo) I know the process. Not impressed with having to wait so long for covid test results. Everyone I have spoken to had gotten theirs in 2-3 days. It's been over a week... what's the deal????
well not tonight idk if they just had a bad day I feel like they seen what kind of insurance I had and basically gave me a finger with my COPD, usually they are really good nurses not this one idk who pissed in her x cornflakes although the Doctor was really nice i think he could have done more to help me
They won’t let spouses in for ultrasounds. Guess what, the patient wouldn’t be there pregnant without their spouse. Would you want to be the one to go in for an ultrasound and find out something is wrong with your baby? All alone being told your baby is incompatible with life. The husband is just as much a patient as the pregnant woman.
Half the doctors are good the other half are ridiculous. I had an appointment at 10 am I was here at 9:45. It’s 10:30 and I haven’t been called back so I go ask the receptionist and she said they marked me as called 30 min ago. Obviously I’m still sitting in the waiting room so they didn’t freaking call me. GET IT TOGETHER!
Let families be together!!! stop this nonsense of not allowing anyone but the patient in to an appointment!!! COVID is clearly NOT what was told to us! if we can protest in the thousands you can allow families to be there during appointments together!!!!!
