St. Luke's staff and care is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. However, it's pointless to have good staff if you can't get in to see them. St. Luke's scheduling is the worst I've ever seen!!! Not only do they not call you back to make an appointment, it's difficult to get through to THEM and then they can't fit you in for diagnostic tests for weeks! Covid policy has to be adjusted. I am retired and a full time homemaker caring for my grandkids. One is one year old and I have had to reschedule, cancel and or have someone miss work to help out. What is the purpose of wearing mask, social distancing, and the vaccine. The medical facilities are supposed to be the safest places around, yet they treat it like an operating room. Not happy, too bad there inot other medical facilities to use.

I’m never disappointed in St Luke’s. Very considerate nursing staff. Exceptional care and great Rooms. They go out of their way to make sure not only the patient is comfortable but also the family. Exceptional Doctors and great environment.

I cant speak as a whole for st lukes but I can speak on my situation. I had a pretty cruddy nurse while I was hospitalized last week but I also had the most amazing nurse as well! Two different nurses but I couldn't be more thankful for Nurse Amy! She was astounding with her care to me!
