If I could give any lower than a 1 star and still give a review I absolutely would do so! Security for children is very VERY horrible! Lehigh, and UPMC children’s, both have ankle monitors so the child can not leave the wing without the monitor going off. No proof of identification was required when checking our daughter in they didn’t even put the bracelet on her wrist. The bathroom she had to use is a whole separate wing. Been here since 0200 an hour and half later still haven’t been seen by a doctor of any sort, nurse’s w... read more
Our experience with the PICU was nothing short of nearly perfect; the staff answered questions thoroughly, explained the schedule and what was happening hour by hour, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout our several-day time there. What could have been a much more stressful time was made better by the level of detail and the positive attitudes of every staff member.
