Somewhat disappointed. Never got a survey after my husband passed away in the hospital. My concern is with palliative care. They were there with me as my husband was in his last hours. However, there was never any attempt to reach out and follow up to offer services during a grieving period. I thought that unusual as when my mother was on hospice, the hospice followed up with me after her passing for a few months in the event I needed some support during the grieving process.
They were quick, efficient, and very helpful I definitely will stay coming to this campus.
The first time dealing with this St Luke's... I have to say customer service plus. From the phone call to arrive for my appointment, to everyone I spoke with today. Gave me a great experience and definitely will choose this hospital again for future procedures.
Some of the emergency department workers are heartless , cold-hearted and don't have a clue what's going on ! As well as the security workers that were working during the day on August 10th, 2016 ! They have no compassion for their patients and are ignorant ! You are told one thing by the secretary with initial M.M , that's what she signed on my guest tag , and a different rule by the security, then a different rule by the doctor and nurse in charge ! Birthing and delivery floor has a HORRIBLE night staff .... messed up a single task FOUR times in a row and then acts like its a joke !!!! And does not in any way shape or form make me feel comfortable.... MORNING staff is 100% better....
