St. Luke's Allentown is by far the MOST unorganized, misinformed inconsiderate hospital I have ever been to! My MOTHER is in the ICU, nonCOVID related, and from the minute of her arrival it has been a nightmare. My mother is currently waiting almost 12 hours for a MRI while she is on a ventilator!!!!! This hospital has NO compassion or urgency for the patients it is SET to take care of!! I am beyond sick of it!!! RecommendedPerfectly streamlined vaccine system. No hassles, pleasant staff. Easy peasy. Gotta love it.
No one answers the phone and IF they do they rush you off the phone when trying to get information for a patient especially during this covid time when family cant be in the room or hospital it is important that they answer the phone
I called my doctor’s office after they declined to refill a prescription I’ve taken for years without going in for a needless visit. I don’t feel safe going anywhere I don’t have to in the middle of an uncontrolled pandemic. “It’s perfectly safe” they told me. I wanted to know how they could make such a claim. “We ask anyone making an appointment if they’ve travelled recently. I witnessed a sexual assault, I reported it and asked for the police to be called. My request was not only denide but when I tried to call 911 the phone was cut off. The poor girl was left alone crying. The offender was a registered sex offender. The hospital failed to protect her. They think they are the Catholic Church. Ignore it and it will go away.

all the ladies working in the labor and delivery floor were so patient with everything. from supervisors to the cleaning ladies... my girlfriend, daughter and i are thankful. they have such a great chemistry and they love what they do. thank you so much ladies
I shouldnt love a hospital that much but my family and I love St Lukes hospital and staff!!!!!
Nicu staff are all amazing and took very good care of my baby while she was in there for a few weeks , L&D staff are amazing as well they helped me stay calm durning labor and guided me threw everything
