Extremely rude staff in the emergency room. Condescending! This would be my very last option if I or anyone in family needed compassionate care! Never again!!!!

I am always so impressed with the care I received at St. Luke’s Hospital and the whole St. Lukes system. They are working hard to make me better and I don’t think there is a better system in the Lehigh Valley!
I have been here since 12/18 in intense pain and distress. I would like to thank all the staff from nurses to houskeeping of the 5th floor east wing for being so understanding and patient with me. Today was the first day start of noticable recovery and they endured my whinning and complaining. You are a very proffesional group of caretakers and healers. Thank you Lord for placing me with this incredible staff. More praise to come.

I came in 4am on Tuesday morning. found out I had appendicitis and had surgery 11am. the staff was great. I even dropped them off donuts today to say thank you and happy holidays. I work in the Healthcare field and did I know it's hard. so thank you you again Er staff and Or staff.
