I have been trying to reach someone, anyone for that matter, regarding concerns with a bill post surgery. I have left voicemails for the last 3 1/2 weeks without a return call. I’m not sure what is going on with patient satisfaction. Employees cannot be that busy that they cannot return the countless voicemails I have left. Even reached out to patient advocates without success.

Hubby has hip replacement 02-14-2019. Now issues with incision, not fault of anyone. Dr Hruska told him to go to ER and get admitted. intake person was RUDE beyond belief. And hubby had to wait more then 4 hours just to get back into hospital for surgery tomorrow morning. Guy came in to get insurance information- like they didn't get on 02-07-2019 at seminar intake pre-surgery! we have Medicare and Tricare for life. He wanted hubby's VA info but should never have asked! VA is NOT insurance and had nothing to do with surgery ... read more

My daughter felt sick so they ran some tests and told us she’s pregnant. They recommended that she have an ultrasound that would take about an hour. We waited for over an hour for them to come get her and then almost 2 hours for the results. They had an excuse that they were backed up with ultrasounds, but my daughter informed me the lady was trying to catch the presidential speech. Mind you, the nurse Ray was EXTREMELY rude to my daughter since the moment he entered the exam room. I’m truly disappointed in this place. They ... read more

Your security manager really prevented my sister from being there when they ended life support for her father. When we requested to speak to someone in administration, we were told no one else was available above the nurses. Not sure what kind of hospital your Board of Directors has in mind, but I have to believe this wasn’t it.

Great experience! ER staff is wonderful, Dr Gonzalez is the best and nurse Morgan also. I was reluctant to go , but they were very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. I had zero wait time, I went right in, tests were done quickly. I would definitely recommend St Lucie Medical Center to everybody. Hopefully I wont get sick again, but if I ever do, will def go back to them with no hesitation. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!! 😊

my grandmother was a patient there this past week and someone stole her Discover and Captial One credit cards and made purchase of 2250.00 dollats and noone not even the hospital or police can do anyrhing bout it. noone in the hospital even talked to my gma after we filled a report with them n tne police! horrible horrible costumer service! i also wrote to the news crew! your place should b ashamed of themselves!!
