I needed a CT scan following a neck injury. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was the only "patient" in this free-standing ER, which is new and clean. I was in and out in an hour, with a copy of the report, two prescriptions and a recommendation to follow up with my doctor in two days. Someone from the ER called me this morning to see how I was doing -- a nice touch I highly recommend this place.
The staff is careless almost in all departments, it feels like they hate their job, they always look for the short cut or they punish the patient for being sick
This is the worst hospital! My aunt was admitted with very serious issues! She had a tear in her colon amongst other things. They said that her tear was healing on its own. Put her on a clear diet and sent her home. 2 days later she was rushed to another hospital. The doctor said that the tear would NOT heal on its own that she needed surgery! Now she is in isolation from an infection that she may have received from this hospital. They discharged her knowing how truly life threatening her health was!! If you want your family... read more
This rating is not for the personnel in the ER. It IS for the policy makers. When a person arrives at the ER with DEPENDS, how dare you say your policy is to not have Depends for the patient to leave the hospital in. "We don't want the nurses to depend upon Depends". Okay, that's one thing while the patient is in the hospital bed, but when they are leaving, they do need a Depend. They took me in and took good care of me , staff was great.
First time in a hospital in Florida and I felt like I was in a 5 star suite. The hospital is clean and beautiful filled with all one can need. The staff is filled with caring and amazing people. They move fast and take care of you like you are family. I seen many different doctors from the er to the birthing center I was treated so kindly. The nurses are amazing as well. This was like many others a hard visit for me. They talked to me at every step and kept me informed. I left the hospital with many more follow ups to come b... read more
