We just got home from delivering our first child and wanted to give a shout out to all of the amazing OB staff. We got to know the staff since we had to stay a little longer and they really went above and beyond to take care of not only our son but also us. We want to especially thank Nisha, Cherie, Sue, Gina, Areka, Daniella, Jessica, Melissa, and Lexi! We also want to thank Pat & Lori for the beautiful handmade crocheted Christmas sack & hat!! Thank you all so much and we appreciate all that you have done. We will never fo... read more

I just delivered my baby girl there and let me tell you that everyone I met was nothing short of amazing. I would like to personally thank my nurses Erika, Cathy, Tia-Rose, Sue, Nicole, and Cheryl who helped make my whole experience AMAZING. You can tell that each one truly loves what they do. Also would like to mention Ralph from Dietary, his positive attitude and kind demeanor was a little ray of sunshine daily. I would recommend the birthing center to anyone looking to have a patient centered birth. Thank you again

Hello I have had the not so pleasurable opportunity to speak with your rude ED nurse Maddie and your PFA Sophie. So since your one and only GI dr that staffs your hospital is “out sick or on vacation “ you tell your pt that there is not anything you can do for them. How appropriate being you sent my father to Longwood for treatment a few days ago.

The compassionate care from all support staff - receptionist to nurse to cleaners - is as important as the excellent medical care.

I was recently admitted to the hospital for covid and everyone on the clinical team was awesome. I was treated with care starting in the ER through discharge. The poor staff has to suit up every time they come in the room even if it’s just for a minute but they never complained or seemed upset. They answered all of my questions and took time out to talk with me since I was in isolation. After discharge they have called to check on me more than once and they made a primary care appt for me. Thank you to the staff for your exc... read more

Last year was horrible for me, I was admitted to the hospital 12 times with gastrointestinal issues. Since day one I received the utmost care and respect from all of the Drs. And staff. I would recommend SLMC to anyone!! Thank you for taking such good care of me❤️
