I have twin daughters; one had eye surgery in the morning then the other had an asthma attack so was admitted through the whole ER process. The nurse and staff told me that I had to basically choose between which daughter I wanted to care for and abandon/ neglect the other because they have a policy of no siblings after visitation. I do believe they could have made an acception as it was 2am and my family and I had been in the building since 8am the day before. They did little to nothing at all to accommodate us in this situ... read more
Amazing hospital! We travel from NYC to St. Louis for treatment of a rare food deformity for our infant son. Dr. Dobbs and his team are amazing!

Was transferred here from parkland ER with my son's broken femur. Transfer team was very kind and patient, asked what cartoons he wanted to watch on the way up, driver made small talk with me and kept asking how I was doing and was able to calm me down a bit. Once we got there to the next day when we were able to go home every single person I met was amazing! Everyone seemed to enjoy their job.
