This is the second time we have got treated like crap here. Still waiting in ER and have not seen any dr and they don't have a room on the 12th floor ready like they promised. Meanwhile my child's skin is purple and falling off due to serious allergic reaction to seizure meds. Last time he was air lifted here seizing out of control and it took 3 days before a Dr came into our room to check out my child. Just for the dr to say we are not going to change any meds. This place is a joke!

I switched a yr ago from another hospital and it has been the best change for my son. We see GI, neurology, cardiology, psychology. psychiatry, genetics, cardiology and the HHT team. The staff and the doctors are the best. They go out of their way to make sure questions are answered. On christmas eve we were admitted through the emergency room on christmas eve and got put on the 28th.. We were sent to 12E, which has awesome doctors and nurses. When my son was flown in for deep second degree burn on his hand. The staff in the ER and even on his floor was wonderful in making sure he was pain free and he was getting the rest he needed. It was the best care we could ask for him. Now he is scar free and has full use of his hand with no lasting nerve damage.

NICU nurses and Doctors were amazing!! Couldn't ask for better more caring people! I will forever owe this Hospital for the care they gave to my daughter and my entire family! They are the best!
