They have change the way live i they way i think and showed me that big hearts comes from small places. I started comin here when Octeaveas was born with a bilateril cleft lip and plate with earing lose and done so much for him. They have done great work with him and still is doing great work for him. My son was sent there to have surgery so we were transported from our local hospital up there. I was surprised how fast staff were in our room once we arrived there. They were so friendly and caring there at the ER. The surgery team wasted no time to come in and explain everything to me and get him into surgery. Once we were taken to the 10th floor; I could not of asked for a better staff of nurses and techs who provided care for my son. They were always so friendly and caring. Well I must say for 11 years I worked there I've met some very good doctors, mgrs, and most of all my co workers, best trauma center in the city,I love to see them work they are #1 when it come to their babies, children has a top Quality team of workers, I feel they can do better if they will revamp the human resources dept, they really don't go to bat for the workers, house keeping dept, well tho I worked out of it, mgrs,supervisors,and leads feel they are more important than the workers, o ok Workers over all are top notch... read more

A big thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff. Everyone was so helpful and genuinely nice when my daughter had a heart procedure this week. She is 14 and was scared, they explained what was going to happen on her level(mom and dad's too) and made her understand what was happening. Thank you so much!!!
