They do not have proper bandages for blood draws. I was offered a cotton patch and tape option. Never a good idea! Do not accept it because tape will leave a sticky residue on your arm and pull your skin. Ouchie! I'm very disappointed.

Disappointed by lack of attention by staff in both the ER and DOU. The nurses in DOU worse so much perfume, I thought I was going to choke to death on the stench. My phone died and the room phone did not work. I kept telling them no one knew I was there and I needed to tell. The room was kind of dirty and the the laundry basket was full and in the shower stall. The only ones who were actually pleasant were the janitor and the guy who came to take my order for meals. 2 years ago I had surgery there and had a wonderful set of ... read more
RecommendedTheir Virginia Crosson cancer center is 5-star, top-notch, caring and capable. When I was first diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in November 2017, it was a scary time for me, but their doctors and support staff guided me through it, and saved my life. Then their STAR program of physical and occupational therapy gave me my quality of life back. Where would I be without them? I would hate to think.
My Husband went thru his 9 lives and St Jude gave him 10. Thankful for the supreme nursing staff (second floor rehab) and his Doctors that not only mended his physical illness's but listened to what myself and family were dealing with and helped. Thank you St Jude.

1. let a full spectrum antibiotic lapse for 1.30 hrs, haven't given him his prescribed diabetic meds, but can't wait to inject him for meals only, 3 dr can't agree on what to do for his infected foot, Podiatrist says "okay we have a date for surg tomorrow." but never informs the nurse of his presence nor give actual orders for surgery. Most often there are just no nurses that can be found anywhere around the nursing station, or anyone else for that matter. Is 5th floor for the flunkies???
