I went into labor unexpectedly on 6th and as soon as I went into labor and delivery triage I was treated with respect, kindness and excellent care. I went through a very rough and traumatic labor. I had a lot going on and thanks to the nurses my son & I are alive and healthy today. I can’t remember everyone’s names, I wish I could remember. Even a day later they found me and checked in on me. I do however remember a couple of nurses that were outstanding as the others. Thank you so much Megan you were there in my toughest ti... read more

I recently visited the ER at St. Josephs and was treated horribly. I was there for 7 hrs and and only saw the dr for a total of 5 mins. He told me my labs were normal which i later found out from my hematologist was a lie. They did not gice me any iv fluids which is critical for hydration to a patient, like myself, with sickle cell anemia. The dr never evwn told me his name. i had to find out from the nurse when she was discharging me. I would not recommend anyone go to st. josephs if there are other options.

I just had my first baby at St. Joseph’s 4 days ago and my experience was incredible. From the nursing staff literally catering to my every need (even my requesting peanut butter and saltines at 2 am every night) down to the quality of the food and everything in between. I had a few awesome nurses and doctors who answered even the silliest, most common sense questions that I had. The security staff is very courteous and treated all of my visitors like they were important too. Because of the staff at St. Joseph’s, I will neve... read more

My experience here Was Amazing both times. The first time with the loss of my son👼🏻 everyone was so comforting and respectful and the second time when I came to deliver his rainbow brother 🌈 the staff and everyone I came in contact with was caring , kind and helpful as much as they could be during our NICU stay . My little boys name is Layton Jobe. He was a preemie ,born a month and a half early and wasn’t Breathing on his own for awhile .Now 9 months later , he’s happy healthy , and the love of our lives !!

Too many patients. My mother 84 years old waited 3 hours at the ambulance ( ER ambulance parking) for 3 hours before she got a bed. She said it was cold outside during the waiting time. Over crowding ER. 😷staff are nice and over worked. Thanks Leilani for drawing her labs with only one stick. You're awesome.

This is how St Joseph’s treats its patients. Leaves them in the hallway for 24 hours after a bypass and two strokes. When she broke her hip in February they kept her in the hallway for two days and roughly lifted her up to use a bed pan to pee without any pain meds.
