Took my son to ER they only took his vitals, got billed nearly 2,000$ for nothing. Terrible health care system! Smh

so the 2nd surgery I had the end of January, staff didn't fully tell me what to do at home. I actually ended up with a subscription for shots that I was supposed to give myself and no one told me or showed me how to do that. Now I'm here for a 2nd surgery and it was supposed to be at 8 am and it's now 10:30 am and they're telling me another hour! Ridiculous!!! And I'm not happy

St Joseph’s has incorrectly billed my insurance versus invoicing the VA because I’m a Veteran who is medically covered under the VA. Billing and management has refused to reprocess the billing and assist with this process, instead they are requiring I pay a co pay of $2,700 bc of their negligence. Unreal!!! A veteran non the less!!!

Pulling teeth for information from ER psych nurses. No one has info, shrugs, in 15 hours parked with a blanket in a cold curtained off spot, ignored. NO MEDICAL OR PSYCH CARE GIVEN.
