I can honestly say the Dr was thorough with the tests he ordered, but it took way too long. We were there nearly 8 hours. In my opinion, they need more Doctors to cover that many patients.
I had a medical emergency and was at the er even know it was so busy there i was attended to excellenly. I ended up having to be admitted for emergency surgery i was treated so well with a excellent surgical staff and nurses who were compassionite and caring of my fears of my surgical procedure five thumbs up for st joseph hospital�
There over five hours did not get a room there were se rude receptionist and workers sucked
My wife had surgery and it was an all day deal. I was given only one update and that was from the surgeon. During her 3 hour recovery I was given no updates and didn't get to see her until she was being released. I had to call them to let them know I was here and wanted to see my wife. Also wouldn't you think they would have comfortable chairs to sit in!
Got there at 2:45 pm n left at 10:45 pm worst experience I've ever had in my life hope I never have to go there again because I would probably look for a different hospital
My grandson (20yrs) stayed there for a week, and the nurses were great, all of the staff were kind and pleasant, other than his illness, he was treated with compassion, smiles, questions answered, respect. Thank you for great everything. Food wasn't bad either.�
Great, compassionate care. Great communication between patients' families and doctors and nurses. However, when checking my family member in the morning of his surgery, he required a wheelchair and there were not any in the admitting area. I feel that the hospital should ensure that there are a number of wheel chairs in the admitting area for the convenience of the patients and their families.
The staff is really nice and very helpful. They took great care of my mother and keep me informed all the way through the process
My oral surgeon called ahead for me requesting a CT and blood draw to check for levels of infection following a crazy 24 hours of root canal, then extraction and that ended with the side of my face and neck swelling really badly. Waited 6 hours sitting on the floor in the back to have a doctor feel me in the hall. Then another 90 minutes for the nurse to actually take my vitals, inject me with an antibiotic, hand me pain medication (which I had in my purse from my oral surgeon, but was advised not to take while waiting) and ... read more
