I have been to st. Joseph's several times and every time I have had great service , a few times they were kinda long getting to me but when seen the nurses and the doctors were great to me
Good Hospital in nice friendly people only complaint I had I stutter and their nurse laughed at me when I had a hard time with one word other than that very good
They were very attentive to my needs and my condition I. Loved the the staff especially the lady's in emergency make me fell like pretending I'm sick to go see them again lol
Worst experience ever. I wasn't even treated for fractured elbow.

Took them 7 hrs a chest xray 2 different draws for blood a urine sample the i.v where i didnt want it to just turn around and put it where i orginally told them to put it all to figure out I had the flu
I am not reviewing St. Joseph's based on recent treatment. Instead, I think the citizens of Stockton need to understand what's happening. The problems people complain about in terms of wait times and conditions in the ER are real. St. Joe's is overwhelmed by an influx of people that they are required to treat by law. As a Level One Trauma Center, St. Joe's receives lots of patients from hospitals in the area that can't be treated at those facilities. Professional and compassionate staff and providers. They took excellent care of my daughter and I was pleasantly pleased with entire experience.
Well first of all I was born there in 1953! I remember it was a Friday, that happens to be tuna day at Subway sandwich! The doctor that delivered me was very friendly and his bedside manner was great! The nurses were also very nice but had cold hands! Well when I was there the other day to visit my father in law who is 98 years old and the ICU I noticed that the hospital had changed considerably since I was born, it is so modern and actually has gotten bigger!
