I went there for severe chest pain. They took my vitals did an ekg and left me in the waiting for 3 hrs suffering in pain. Husband ask them why it takin so long this is a cheat pain patient. Repsonse ohh her chart is empty cause she cant give a urine sample. So because i couldnt give a urine sample you delay treatment. Worst damn experience every. My 2fav's are dr.Sabrina Tom <<AWESOME!! & Registered Nurse Gericca<<She has the warmest heart, she's very patient with her work & clients! I can say, i wasn't expecting to get the treatment that i did at this hospital, all of my staff was amazing, and i was there through 7 shift changes! So thankful and impressed at the level of care!
I will do everything in my power to avoid going there again! I was not seen in a room and the doctor talked to me for maybe 45 seconds total....then they forgot about me and it was only when my sister went to inquire about me did we get called to the counter in the waiting room! I was triaged and treated in the waiting room! They were supposed to give me some pain meds, per docs 45 second visit, and that never happened! It was ridiculous....I was X-rayed in a dressing room...
I say 2.5 stars. I had heart cath yesterday. Scheduled at 1:00 not done until 5:00. That was okay, but the nurse was way overwhelmed , he didn't have time to properly care for me... So it was left to next shift to remove my sheath , which they did without pain medication.... I was crying.... They did not care.... They were rude un-professional , never greeted me asked my name , told me their name, what they were about to do.... Anything.... Nope. .. Experience was horrible
Horrible! Waited over 2 hours for a urinalysis I was so upset I left and suffered at home in pain still (headache & nausea) since I never got seen!
I had bad experience at the emergency room 8.5 hrs waiting before I got my room for admission. I had my lapchole operation.
The minute the doctor signed the release form GET OUT
Thnk q for treating me....as alwys great job...i dnt go to any hospital unless m really hurt or deing...
