Went in with severe an pain from a hemorrhaged cyst and after asking because I had already been waiting for awhile that I wouldn't be see for about 3-4 hrs. When I let the tech know I was leaving he proceeds to tell me you might as well stay because that's going to be the wait time at any ER on the weekend 😒😒😒 I left and went to FL hospital and was put back in a room and saw my dr within 15 minutes of being there smh. I will continue to bypass St Joes and go elsewhere for now on.
From the time I walked in to check in the lady at the desk was so nice and patience with me and they took me to the back and every person I was in contact with was really nice to me and understanding the nurse by the name of Desseri and doctor Carlos Smith was the best of the best the service was overall Excellent
They were very attentive to me and made sure I comfortable . They were very professional and I just want to say thank you St.Joseph's and all people took care of me while I was in there.
Tube muy mala experiencia y frustrante. Me admitieron y no me proporcionaron el medicamento de dormir y estuve con ansiedad toda la noche y sin dormir. Un cuarto horrible sin ducha y sin un reclinable para la persona que me acompañaba, cuando mi plan paga un cuarto privado, la directora de las enfermera muy grosera.

My first nurse in the ER was frustrated because it was busy and not communicating with me. I was there for throwing up for hours and after having abdominal surgery 3 weeks ago. I was taken my ambulance. She comes in and pushes my IV with 2 ml if morphine and as soon as i ask her if she is giving me something for the nausea i throw up all over the place. Needless to say after that i was admitted and my nurses in observation were excellent and very tentative.
Everyone in One Day Surgery was awesome!! Very nice staff..comforting..informative and caring!! ♡ St Joseph's Hospital! !
