The level of aggression that is shown to people visiting the ER by cops/ security guards is overkill and extremely unprofessional. My husband and I left and went to Largo Medical emergency room because we didn't like the extreme aggression and unprofessional behavior directed towards us by the employees at the entrance! Where is the humanity? it's unfortunately lacking here. These people are militant and unprofessional!

Overall terrible experience-would never go to this hospital for care! I was told a price for my procedure then received an unexpected bill for thousands of dollars. Horrible customer service couldn't answer any questions about my bill over the phone so I was told a supervisor would call me-this never happened. As I hadn't heard from a supervisor for weeks I emailed customer service who replied once with information for me to fill out then did not respond again so I never received any information about my bill.
