I when to ER yesterday with my daughter and as always I felt like that my kids have the best care possible. The best!
The nurses in the ER, the receptionist, the CT staff, was all very nice and pleasant, the Triage nurse just needs to find another job because she is just miserable and takes it out on the patients coming in (even if their surgeon told them to come there!) The first person you deal with is rude, condescending, and basically tells you that you aren't in that much pain......triage nurse, please find a new job if you are that miserable. The rest of the crew, great job!
Words can't describe how wonderful is the care I receive here....I can say is my 2nd home,,,,thank you st Joseph's!!!!
Staff is Rude as hell from janitors to doctors . thank god my husband was not seriously hurt.
