Every one here at St. Joes. starting from admitting office to the operating room were so nice. And a special thanks to all the nurse there you never had to wait they were there when you rang . And my doctor was so nice Dr. JOHN Olsen..
Many changes, attention faster I didn't have to wait, hours like other years .
The staff was awesome after I fractured my tibia in 2 places! Thank you Jennifer, Lili, Cristina, Jeff, Joseph, Tommy, all the staff in the ER. I know I'm forgetting a lot of you but you all were fantastic and wouldn't have trusted anybody else but you guys on the orthopedic critical care unit.
I went to St. Joseph's for a stress test. Having one about 10 yrs ago, I was very anxious because I did not react to the meds too well. The technician, Judy, took me back and noticed I was not very happy about this test. She proceeded to tell me about the new meds they use and how the whole procedure will be conducted. She made me feel very comfortable. Then I was brought to Ralph, who was to administer the meds. This man is an Angel. Thanks so much for help saving my life. My heart surgery was a success thanks to Dr. Irvin, Dr. Sherman, Dr. Goldman, Dr. Zara Babayan and the Bayheart Group. The nurses and staff in the Heart Institute were all beautiful and amazing proffesionals!
