I went to have an MRI done as a follow up to brain surgery. To start, called the hospital several times to get a time set up. Never received a call back to set up the MRI until after a week of calls. The MRI was supposed to be set up on Tuesday June 6th at 7:30 AM. I asked for them to please send me an Email to confirm to which I was told that it was put into the system and I would be good to go. Always treated with respect and speedy service����
I had to go for pre-op testing and to meet with the anesthesiologists for my operation on Tuesday morning. I was meet by very professional registration personnel all the way to the nurses on staff who where drawing blood and explaining what's happening for anesthesia Tuesday morn. All in all St. Joes hospital and Baycare Medical Group has treated me the best and shown me the agape love. That's why Baycare Medical hospital's are my number one hospital to go to.
They took amazing care of my little girl! She got her first cast at 2 years old and the entire staff treated her very well
I went in to St. Joe Hospital the Habana location for the removal of my Gall Bladder. The nurses and the Assistants were all so very nice and around the clock attention. Very respectful and extremely helpful. They certainly made my stay there one of my best experiences yet, and it's definitely not my first rodeo. The staff from the Pre-op dept all the way to the recovery and over night stay on the second floor was "A" first class. In PACU for outpatient surgery 5/15/2017. Nurse Ruby was nice and answered our questions, felt very confortable before surgery with Nurse Ruby-she was great. Chantal Mathis took care of me in PACU recovery-she was terrific and helped me thru the rough patches before I was released-Kudos to her. Good hospital my 2nd surgery here and good staff overall. Thanks to all.
