RecommendedI want to give a shout out to all the doctors and nurses there. my fiance is in there with the Coronavirus he has told me how well he is being treating him. he's so happy but he went to North Bay. I thank you for being there for him when unable to be. God bless

From the moment I walked through the Emergency Room door I was greeted in a concerned and cordial manner and received very thorough and compassionate care. There isn't one nurse or staff person I came in contact with on the 5th floor that didn't go above and beyond in making me comfortable and they were all delightful women to be around as well. RecommendedI had to go to the ER with a sprained knee and I received excellent care from the moment they brought a wheelchair to my car. They were very polite and professional and Sophia Mitchel ARNP took excellent care of me and got my pain under control. Thanks Winter Haven Hospital, you guys are great. RecommendedMy experience was wonderful, the check-in was very easy. The outpatient nursing staff was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable, I was informed step by step what was going to happen, this made my experience easier. I would highly recommend Bartow Regional Medical Center.
