Everyone was extremely nice to me.Explained the details that I needed to know for my upcoming procedure.
My daughter sustained a TBI back in July of 2016. We have been in and out and around different medical facilities. Though everyone is not perfect we felt St. Joe's is trying to strive to provide the best medical care possible. More than the majority of the staff was courteous, professional and caring all with a smile. These actions from those who cared definitely pointed out the ones who were not and only there to do a job! Needless to say their cleaning staff is always cleaning making the surroundings look good. They are absolutely wonderful. I was there for kidney stones so can't say I liked being there but they always take good care of you. I don't care where I'm at in the Bay Area but if anything happens I want To go there even if it's the farthest away.
My daughter is in ICU she hve been in there since 1/13/17 and it never been like this before when I tell God is good amen ����� cboo
