My mother was taken to St. Joes with pneumonia like symptoms at 9:30 in the morning. She was left in the waiting room until I arrived at 3:00 and demanded that she be seen. She's 82. Once we got into a room all of the nurses and Dr were wonderful. Poor show St. Joes.
Outstanding staff and a clean friendly helpful environment. Dr Bianco was wonderful. And the nurses in after care went out of their way to help me in recovery - I will never go to another hospital if this one is an option from now on ! ❤
I'm just not happy I feel like no one cares and no one listening to me
My team was amazing. Dr. Kumar is an angel. Thank you to all those involved who cared for me. A special thanks to Becky in post-op recovery. Denise on 5-2, you are awesome! And Mary Major, my overnight nurse, thank you for making me feel comfortable and at ease. You are all exceptional people.

This was our first experience at St Joe's. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. They were very kind, caring and understanding of our needs. I've been in Healthcare for 30 yrs and have always been treated with respect. My husbands nurses were the best. Kristy on the 3rd floor, I can't praise her or thank her enough for her outstanding professionalism. All hospitals need nurses like her.
I had some of the best rn an students you could ask for all very nice and caring up here on the forth floor. Hope to go home today four days has been enough great job Dr an rn an student
