Nice friendly and competent staff.
We have been coming to St. John’s Pediatrics for over a year, and our experience has been outstanding. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about their patients. They always take the time to listen, answer our questions, and provide thoughtful guidance. Our daughter has scoliosis, and the doctors and staff have been incredibly supportive throughout her care. Be prepared to wait at least 30-40 minutes past your scheduled appointment every time, only to be seen by an unapologetic and extremely condescending doctor and staff with zero bedside manner. They somehow added more anxiety to an already very anxious child and laughed it off. Last time I'll be visiting them.
My daughter had been a patient here since 2018 or 2019. The doctors, Dr, Valenzuela, Dr. Dizon and Dr. Abrea are so great with my daughter. They truly cares for her and the office tries to accommodate us the same week we called them. The office staff also acts fast and process meds for her when it’s needed. Dr. Yap, is also a a good addition to the team. She takes her time to get to know my daughter when we met her at the office. It’s an excellent pediatrics place for kids and I highly recommend it.
