First time wearing contacts and I was having trouble getting them out. I was informed on the phone that they would not and could not help me, nor would they leave a message with their on call doctor because I'm a new patient. They said I should use chatgpt to find how how to remove them. Extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone ever use them. What's the point in being a 24 hour emergency eye care facility if they can't/won't help someone remove a stuck contact lense.
Epitome of professionalism! Having directed professional patient care offices prior to retirement, I am very impressed with their Esprit de corps and efficiency. A one stop shop for everything from initial eye assessments to eyewear fitting and framing. Thank you Dr. Price and the entire office personnel!

Great impression for my first time here! There was plenty of parking available. The staff was very professional, nice & always made sure to ask if I had any questions. Each step was explained very well including the charges so that nothing was a surprise. Everything looked very clean. The options for frames were great & there was a good variety of different brands. I do believe I have found the eye center I’ll be returning to from now on when I need new glasses. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
It was a very good experience. The clinic is very nice and the staff is wonderful.
