Excellent careing care..professional staff...
been here since th 22 started out good but the weekend has been lousy. only one good aid her name is Sara. 2 nurses name Beth and Steven are good the rest not so much. Sunday I hardly seen either my nurse or the aid. waited hours to get an answer on a bath ended up giving myself a sponge bath. and asked for my bed to be changed. ended up remaking it my self.
St John doctors di not care if you need pain meds. they only want to get you off your pain medication. Even if you pass your random drug test like I did (three and six months.) they will find excuses to kick you off your pain medication. I would not recommend going to see doctor Acker or any st. John's doctor because their staff are trained to lie.
St. John's will not send you a bill. I never received a bill and now St. John's has sent my account to collections for a balance of I never knew existed. They could pull this back and let me pay on like I should have been allowed to in the first place, but they refuse to. It is very clear that St. John's does not care about making sure their patients are sent statements. I have to say this is the best care I have ever received from a hospital & staff. These guys are so kind, knowledgeable, & helpful!! And I have to give a big shoutout to Dr. Jennifer Donnelly. She and her staff are fantastic!!! #stjohnmedicalcentertulsaok #stjohntulsaok #jenniferdonnellyob/gyn
over charged me and didn't listen ,treated horrible infront of my children. won't investigate my bill and will not return phone calls at all.. thus is by worst one of the most horrible hospitals in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
