They took amazing care of my dad in his last few weeks of life. The drs and nurses are amazing and compassionate.
Brought my 79 year old mother to emergency room after she fell whole face bruised complaining of pain sat there 8 hours finally left to take her to another hospital because if you're not a junkie or brought in by ambulance you dont you don't get treated wouldn't take a dog there said they didn't have a room NO YOU ARE UNDER STAFFED !
They made my 80yr mother in law sit there for 8 hours after she had fell and had a giant bruise across her head and face and injured shoulder. Taking of prisoners is more important.
Spent a lot of time here, mostly good, long waits most times, but staff tries there best.

I am permanently and completely disabled, and I received 100% financial assistance from St John to help me cover the copays that Medicare charges. Less than 2 weeks later, the St John network imposed copays of their own on their financial assistance that are higher than the copays for Medicare. So St John effectively gave me 100% assistance, then took it away a couple of weeks later...very poor business practices for an organization that is so visibly proud of it's generosity with the needy, both in the US and abroad...
We came in from Springfield for a pretty serious spine surgery by Dr. Clark. We had many concerns we had many concerns about pain after the surgery and the aftercare. Let me just say our concerns were taken very seriously. Every body here took amazing care of my wife! The anesthesiologists was amazing and even checked in on her after the surgery in her room. They have made every effort to keep her pain manageable. And Dr. Clark is second to no one. He has a talent and bedside manor second to none! I could not of been more th... read more
I checked into the ER and they immediately called me back. Every person I came in contact with was great. Happy to have chosen this hospital
