I have enjoyed my stay here at St. Joe apartments. Management is warm and welcoming. They quickly notify us when we have packages and constantly keep us up to date when rent is due and send out event details when they are taking place in the club house! Overall I’ve had a great stay here at St. Joe apartments!

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from August 2018 to July 2019. I love living at SJP, but have other doors opening for my future. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a really nice walk in closet, private bedroom/bath with locked doors. It is $450 a month + electric which is fairly cheap! Great price for what’s all included: St. Joe Place community pool/ hot tub, 24/7 workout center and tanning bed!! St. Joe is a wonderful place to live with an awesome staff! And it’s close to IPFW. Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease from April until July 2018. I have had a great time living here but sadly I have to move home. It is a four bedroom, four bathroom apartment and is fully furnished!! I pay around $430 a month which includes everything but electricity which is split between the roommates and is normally very little. If you are interested please message me!!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from now till July 2018. I live in a 4 bed 4 bath. St. Joe is a wonderful place to live with a gym, pool, and tanning. I pay $425 a month plus electric, which is usually around $35. If anyone is interested please let me know asap. Thanks!
