I have lived here for two years and I absolutely love it! The apartments are super nice, and affordable! And the office staff is very professional and friendly! I would definitely recommend living here.
4 bed 4 bath apartment, 1 other open room. Starting in August RENT IS ONLY $400! Currently $452 with St Joe renters insurance. Quiet, respectful, and chill roommates. Both my son and daughter have lived here for many years and I couldn't be happier! The gated complex seems very safe and like a good environment. The staff has always been attentive. Special shoutout to Shelby! Always helpful on the phone. Nothing but good reviews from me!
Looking for someone to take over my lease for June and July. Rent is $440, not including electric. I've loved loving at St Joe Place the past two years, but it's time to graduate and move!
Hey! I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease for end of May, and all of June and July. I live in a fully furnished 4 bed 4 bath and the rent is $452 a month. The pool, gym, and free tanning are just an added bonus to living here. I will pay for the month of May and the transfer fees, so no need to worry about that. Everything is included except for electric! It's is a great place for students to live! Feel free to message me if you have any other questions or are interested!
