Looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester! 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom, there's only 2 other girls so basically just a 3 bedroom, you can move in at the end of December and January rent will already be paid for! Let me know if you're interested!
Very friendly staff! Lots of cool events at the clubhouse. Wish the pool stayed open a little longer. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom and room. Free parking.
I love this place! very close proximity to the IPFW campus,free parking, great amenities, lots of fun events at the clubhouse and much more. The staff is extremely friendly and they have free printing as well as warm beverages during office hours. I do however wish there was a recycling system in place.
I absolutely love living at St. Joe Place Apartments! The events are always so fun and the staffing is amazing and always so helpful (special shoutout to Shelby and Shanna). Having a pool through the summer and friendly neighbors makes it that much more perfect!
I lived here for about a year now and the experience was amazing.
I love this place! They have great stuff for the residents to do such as games, workout area, ping pong, a pool and so much more. The staff just really cares and wants to get to know the residents. They also give away prizes for being involved. They are always willing to help and they are very friendly. I highly recommend to live here because I absolutely love it!
Customer service here is great, and it's a comfortable and very affordable place. Had a fun time tonight. :-)
Best place to live it's made my college experience very enjoy full! Coolest staff out there and there's lots of free stuff �
